Event videography includes any production centered around a one-, two-, or three-day shoot. The event -- whether it is a wedding, recital, or other happening is the focus of the video.

1. First, contact us to set up an appointment to discuss dates and prices.
2. In that meeting, we will discuss how your goals can be met within your budget and time constraints. At this time, we will also be glad to show you relevant examples of similar work from our portfolio.
3. A payment of 1/3 of the package price is required to reserve the date.
4. The event will be taped.
5. In the following 4-6 weeks, it will be edited and copied.
6. The copies will then be delivered to you or mailed to your customers, depending on the nature of the production. We can also offer online sales to your customers on your behalf, if you choose to do so. The balance of payment is due upon receipt.

In these videos, the client directs what elements are used in the video and assumes all responsibility for them. By entering into the process of video creation with Bill Whitt Productions, you agree that your role as director (deciding which elements are included) means that you will be liable for those elements.
